Return & Exchange Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our flowers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do our best to make it right. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 24 hours. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
